Cateechee

Named after a heroic Choctaw Native American, Cateechee, saved the white settlers, from an attack planned by the Cherokees. The town presently is a small mill village found north of Norris, SC. Cateechee is situated along the Twelve Mile River and has several put-in locations for rafting.
